About orders & deliveries
We are a small independent business and many of our items are made to order or produced in small batches - please note that deliveries can take around 3-7 working days depending on the item you have ordered. If you have a question about a specific item please message us and we will advise the delivery time. 

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped on a tracked delivery basis. You will receive a notification email once your order has been processed.

eturns & Refund Police - please read. 
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase however we recognise that from time to time, accidents and mistakes happen - we're all human and we rely on various third parties including suppliers and delivery partners to get your products to you. 

For any goods you believe to be faulty, we simply ask that for any items you are not satisfied with, that you send an email to orders@wicksandreeds.com with your full name, order number and a picture of the item(s) in question. We will do our best to remedy this for you as quickly as possible.

For returns of unwanted purchases or cancellations, we will happily refund any orders within 14 days of purchase upon condition of the items being returned to us in original (and resalable) condition along with any original packaging.  Please note, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund and the cost of returning the order to us is payable by the customer.
